Post Reactions?

I'm wondering whether I should add a plugin for adding reactions to replies within threads. I always thought those were nice, to have a quick glance into what other forum members thought of a certain message, without having a Karma system in place.

Had to change a lot of the code for the mod so it'd work the way I want
