The forums have been set up and are now getting some modest amount of activity! I'm happy to see that :)

Should I announce the forums to the broader server or should I focus on getting more work done here first? There are a few things I still need to take care of, and I don't know how long everything will take.

Here is some of the things I'd like to get done on the forums right now, which I'm posting not only for you to see, but to remind myself, as well.

  • Make a custom theme, including custom icons and smileys.
  • Spin up a mail server to actually properly deliver e-mails to new registrees.
  • Possibly change the registration process from an authorization based one.

I might expand the list if more things come to my attention. Don't be afraid to suggest things such as extra boards and categories either! The forums are just as much yours as they're mine.

Quickly imported my custom emotes into the forums ^-^

They're very hard to see against the dark theme background color.  :(  Maybe I should make them pitch black like they were originally for better visibility.  :)

Edit: Alright, bigger and darker emoticons >:D
