This does look to be on the server side, specifically an issue with SMF. A thread I found, from 8 years ago, has a comment suggesting disabling an option for looking up hostnames. Not really sure if that'll fix it, but I gave it a try nonetheless. Let's see.

Okay, update, I have been getting this every now and then too. I have noooo idea what's causing it. Will have to look into it a little deeper.

AFAIK bsky is the friendliest for hotlinking we will ever get, since it is loosely 'designed' to be viewed from disparate clients

Hey You Should Play Cobalt Core!

I've liked to describe it as cozier FTL, though, it also has a lot in common with Slay the Spire and has a cute cast and fun dialog. The soundtrack is also really good, so I also recommend checking that out at least if you don't play it.

Oh yeah I've wanted to change the emote text to a more familiar :emote_name: but I keep forgetting to do that.

The ranks are all based on post count, they don't really do anything other than change the color of your name. There are such ranks up to 1000 posts, but nobody got that far yet  ;)

Oh that's odd. all the pages load near instantly for me, I wonder if anyone else has that problem but hasn't said anything...
