I tried to come up with some cool ideas for a game dev project that Chai and I could work on for fun. (Concept Doodles)


Chai and I decided the real winner was the cat management concept so we started drafting some concepts for that.




What do you guys think? Chai wrote most of the fun stuff meanwhile I was sitting in the corner thinking about how all it it would actually work mechanically.

Hey You Should Play Yo-Kai Watch.
It's an RPG for the 3DS where you befriend ghosts based on Japanese Folklore.

Back when I was super passionate about 3DS back in like College, I liked checking out stuff by Level-5 as pretty much every game they published to 3DS was unique in some way and had a cartoony charm to them.

Yo-Kai Watch is unique in that it uses a real-time battle system where you rotate your party on a wheel for instant party management. It really shakes up the monster catching rpg system in a time where the Pokemon games were struggling through Gen 6 and I think that's really cool.

You are all Canon.

My headcanon is that after bonding with her Anima Weapon after years of combat, the soul within the weapon gained a lust for battle that has given Becca obscenely strong punches as result.

Just wanted to ask something simple to break the ice in this forum!
My favorite game is Donkey Kong Country 2 for the SNES!
Although Kirby is my favorite franchise, and I have a ton of love for Sonic, DKC2 just feels like peak platforming to me. :)
